What is iFeedback Online?
iFeedback Online, the web service for hosting surveys, is an ASP software that makes it simple to generate complete survey projects
online! The software is perfect for conducting surveys, 360° evaluations, polls, questionnaires, market research,
customer satisfaction assessments, training surveys, and more!
What is an Application Service Provider?
An Application Service Provider ('ASP') is a company or hosted service that provides an online software
application that would normally be installed to the customer's local computer or network. The
service runs completely off the hosting company's World Wide Web server and is accessed via a web browser
such as Microsoft Internet Explorer.

Does iFeedback Online have a monthly or annual fee?
No. iFeedback Online's hosted surveys are free for Trial Members while Full Members have free access up to
the point that they put a survey on the web or send e-mail survey invitations! Trial Memberships provide 30 days
of use which allows access to the complete service except 360° evaluations. Full Memberships offer
no limitations.

How do I distribute an iFeedback Online survey?
iFeedback Online supports an audience list so you can send invitations to a select group of people
or you can simply place the survey online and allow everyone the chance to respond. Invitations are perfect
for surveys such as 360° evaluations, market research, and customer satisfaction!

Can I conduct 360° Evaluations with iFeedback Online?
Absolutely! We have custom support for online 360° evaluations through a special distribution screen that
allows you to define the relationships and send out e-mail survey invitations. We also offer a detailed 360°
Report.
Do respondents have access to real-time reports?
Yes, a report can be set to online review! You have the option of setting the hosted survey's confidentiality
level so each respondent sees either detailed results or summary results. You may also keep the results
confidential which may be imperative for customer satisfaction surveys, training surveys, and so forth.

Can reports be printed?
Yes, you or your respondents may print the reports that display in iFeedback Online. Keep in mind the ability of a web browser
to provide page breaks during printed is very limited so some reports may not look ideal. Reports are best
viewed online.
How is security and data handled?
Customer projects and their data reside on our server, which is authenticated secure through VeriSign
Digital IDs. Customer data is private and Training Technologies will neither sell nor use the information in
any way. Response data may be downloaded free of charge and the customer may create as many reports as
needed. To ensure the integrity of the projects and data, TTI conducts routine backups of the server, which
has an extra level of protection through level 5 RAID hard drive crash protection.
Can I download my response data?
Yes, all response data from any survey can be downloaded to your local computer and used in any application
that supports standard comma delimited text files.
