iFeedback Online provides everything you need to administer a survey online including the ability to:

With iFeedback Online, there’s no software to install and the service can be used from any computer with the latest version of Microsoft Internet Explorer. (Respondents can use the latest version of most popular browsers.)

If you switch computers or find yourself out of the office and you need to access your survey, you can! Because iFeedback Online exists on the TTI servers, you can modify your survey, review your results, or change your settings from any computer world-wide! There is no need to reinstall software, uninstall old programs, or involve your IT professionals!

Our service is authenticated secure through VeriSign Digital IDs. This certificate ensures that the services we provide are safe and have been scrutinized by VeriSign’s rigorous procedural and quality control standards.

What is ASP/Benefits of iFeedback Online
An Application Service Provider ('ASP') is a company or service that provides the customer with an online application or service that would normally be installed to the customer's local computer or network. The service runs completely off the hosting company's World Wide Web server and is accessed via a web browser such as Microsoft Internet Explorer.

The benefits of using the iFeedback Online ASP include:

  • Hassle-Free Installation - Because there's no software installed to your local computer, you do not need to be concerned with setup of a new application, conflicts with existing hardware, or contacting your technical department.
  • Easy to use - The interface is a mixture of standard Windows dialogue boxes and web browser controls. It's simple to learn and easy to use.
  • Cost-Effective - You pay for only what you use. There's no need to buy a full software application that you don't plan to use consistently or completely. iFeedback Online only charges when you conduct surveys and you determine when the survey ends and therefore how much you pay.
  • Secure Information - Not only is our service secured through VeriSign Digital IDs, but your projects reside on our internal servers which is protected by Level 5 RAID hard disk crash protection system! In addition, all survey projects are backed up daily.
  • Available World-Wide - As long as you have your user name, password, and access to a computer with an Internet connection with the latest release of Microsoft Internet Explorer, you can access your survey projects from anywhere in the world. Membership Levels
iFeedback Online usage is based on two subscription levels:

  1. Trial Membership: Using iFeedback Online, you can generate a ten-question survey, post it on the web, and collect data from up to five respondents. The service may be used for 30 days, after which a full membership can be purchased. Data collected is not available for download but you can view your results using a limited set of reports.
  2. Full Membership: You have full access to all iFeedback Online features. There are no standard membership fees; you pay only for the services you use.

  • Automatically e-mail surveys to everyone involved in the 360° evaluations.
  • Generate powerful filtered 360° Reports for each individual.
  • E-Mail reports to the person being surveyed and to his or her supervisors.
  • Conduct pre and post 360° evaluations. Results display a modified 360° report with comparative pre/post results.

Multi-Lingual Surveys
iFeedback Online supports surveys developed for multiple languages. Just type in the survey, select any of the supported languages, and then provide the translated text. If you have an audience list, your e-mail invitations can be sent in each individual respondent's language and if the survey is open to everyone, the respondents can select their language from a drop-down list box.

Each question can use one of the following scale types:

Additional scale choices include checkboxes to activate "Not Applicable" responses and “Other” as an open-ended scale choice.

Skip & Hit/Save and Resume

  • Skip & Hit: This supplies conditional logic so a respondent sees the questions you want them to see based on their responses to previous questions.

Respondent List
iFeedback Online provides an Audience List that contains contact information for potential respondents. iFeedback Online sends invitations via e-mail directly to the people on your list, allowing you to limit and track responses from individuals. The audience list can be entered manually or imported from an existing list.

Distribution
When your survey is ready for distribution, you can:

  • Deploy your survey by simply placing it on the iFeedback Online servers and posting a link on your web site.
  • Send e-mail invitations to your audience list which contain a unique URL link and embedded password. The password keeps the respondent from taking the survey more than once and tracks the responses.

All invitations are sent via the iFeedback Online internal e-mail servers and contain your personalized message and a unique URL link with password. If you choose not to send invitations, you can provide a cover letter that displays before the survey begins. This is your chance to inform the respondent of the survey and ask them to participate!

Mail merge support allows you to further personalize the invitations for each respondent. Add the respondent’s first name, last name, the date, and, in the case of a 360° Feedback survey, the name of the person they will be evaluating! Multi-lingual surveys allow you to add the particpant's language. This is a valuable way to increase your response rate!

Real-Time Reports
You can log onto iFeedback Online at any time to view your results as they arrive. Depending on how you set up your data confidentiality level, you can specify who will be able to view the results. Your data confidentiality level choices are:

  • Anonymous: Reports are available only to you and do not contain individual responses. Once set, the reports cannot be reset to another confidentiality level.
  • Confidential: Reports are available only to you. No one else may access or view the reports. This is extremely valuable if the feedback you are gathering is confidential or contains sensitive material.
  • Limited: Summary Reports are viewable by anyone while more detailed reports are available only to you. The benefit of this choice is that you can provide an overview of the feedback but not the detailed information that some people may not need to see.
  • Open: Summary and Individual Reports are open for review by anyone. If the feedback is not confidential and you want to provide detailed real-time results for your respondents, you have the option with this selection.

The reporting features in iFeedback Online are versatile and powerful. You can generate a variety of reports for different informational needs using both a variety of statistics and graphical presentations. Response data can be downloaded in a standard comma-separated value (.csv) text format for use in other applications.
