Training Technologies, Inc. announces the release of iFeedback Online^TM, a hosted website used to administer surveys and assessments directly online, including 360 degree surveys.

iFeedback Online delivers a web-based ASP (Application Service Provider) survey design and reporting interface. iFeedback Online provides everything a user needs to create, administer and report the results from a survey hosted on Training Technologies’ web server. Users purchase no software, install no programs, and can access their projects from any computer in the world with an Internet connection. There are no membership fees—users pay only for what they use. The program is simple to use and guides the user through each step in order to design a survey and create Real-Time reports of the results. Users will need the latest version of Microsoft Internet Explorer and respondents can use any Web browser.

If a targeted audience is used for the survey project, the user has the option to send e-mail invitations to invite respondents. These invitations ensure that only the people asked to take the survey are allowed access to complete it. Invitations can be personalized for each respondent through a simple mail merge feature that helps increase response rates. If a user does not have an audience list, a link to the survey can be placed directly on their website.

An exciting new and unique feature for online surveys is iFeedback Online’s support for 360° Feedback surveys. This distribution mode allows customers to define relationships for each person involved in the survey process, send invitations, track non-respondents, and distribute reports to those who need to see them. The complex task of 360° Feedback surveys is simplified, saving considerable time organizing and tracking the project, sending surveys, and creating Real-Time reports.
